Mandarin Oriental Hotel Caviar & Fresh Truffles

Emporio Antico are proud to be the house supplier of Caviar and Fresh Truffles to the Mandarin Oriental's Bar and Grill and Krug Room.  

Executive Chef, Uwe Oponcensky's Michelin-star-winning gastronomy includes these luxury ingredients to create a culinary fine dining experience. 

Among the signature dishes on the current Bar & Grill menu is an organic sirloin steak, which seeks to invoke the mood of a forest: the American beef is served with mushrooms made to look like tree bark, along with a selection of truffles. 

 

Set in the heart of the hotel’s vibrant kitchen, The Rug Room is a ‘must-try’ for all visiting gastronomes. Created in partnership with Krug champagne, The Krug Room offers guests the chance to sample Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky’s brilliantly creative cuisine partnered with the world’s most prestigious champagne. 

Offering a taste of progressive gastronomy, there is no menu in The Krug Room. Instead, each evening’s dinner varies between 10-14 courses and is created according to Uwe Opocensky’s inspiration.  Chef Opocensky often uses fresh truffles and caviar from Emporio Antico in his dishes.
